Nissei FVX Large Tonnage Hybrid Machines
Equipped with the "X-Pump," an innovative hybrid pump system, the FNX Series has the merits of both electric and hydraulic molding machines. With the energy-saving performance and quick injection starting response equivalent to those of the electric type, the series reduces the running cost and improves the moldability and molding quality.
Since the servomotor in X-Pump system rotates at required speed only when
it is necessary, it is extremely efficient. In comparison with the conventional
hydraulic machines, its motor consumes approximately 45% less energy.
