     Front End Components

We know plasticating. We know it so well that our customers the world over turn to us for our products, our services and most of all, our thinking. With this in mind, we manufacture both conventional and proprietary front end components. We provide service and troubleshooting. And, our plasticating experts will even perform on-site inspections and training.

For each component you purchase, we can give you the best combination of design, metallurgy and processing parameters, based on your specific resin and application. This resin- and application-specific approach is just plain smart for a number of reasons. First, you’ll get better performance out of your front -end components. You’ll enjoy more consistent quality in your produced parts, with fewer rejects, and reduced waste. You’ll also get greater wear life out of your components, for a lower overall cost of component purchase.

Choosing a front-end component from Spirex means you’re headed in the right direction. We offer a wide range of solutions to ensure that there’s one for your specific resin and application. And, along with the fact that all of our front-end solutions are available in both conventional and proprietary designs, we also stock many components for immediate delivery.
