HIGH RIGIDITY QUICK TOGGLE
An optimized toggle link structure design enables the die lock cylinder to be shortened, reducing cycle time by 20% compared with other toggle designs.

 

HIGH PRECISION, HIGH STABILITY DIE MOVEMENT
Durable rotary encoders are used to improve repeatability and sensing precision.

 

ENERGY-SAVING HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
The pressure match circuit and pump match circuit are used to deliver the appropriate amount of oil flow required for the actual load. This complements the energy saving features of the toggle clamping system; i.e., mechanical clamping force and smaller die lock cylinder.

CLAMPING FORCE AUTOMATIC COMPENSATION SYSTEM
Actual clamping force is continuously monitored. In case of clamping force deviation caused by factors such as die temperature change, clamping force will be automatically compensated.

FLEXIBLE INJECTION CONTROL

  • Injection program control

Plasticating charge programming control screw R.P.M (2 steps), back pressure (2 steps). Choose from position, timer, or pack pressure.

  • Control (PPC) for velocity to pressure transfer.

PID TEMPERATURE CONTROL
PID control is standard on all zones (2 zones for the nozzle, 5 zones for the barrel). The plastic temperature is accurately controlled throughout the barrel.

AUTOMATIC COLOR CHANGE OPERATION
Color change and material change can be performed automatically. Operating conditions can be optimized according to different process requirements to minimize material and time loss.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION STOP SYSTEM AT WORK COMPLETION
At the end of a production run, one push button will stop the machine after injection, and will avoid further charging. The clamping unit will also stop at the mold touch position.

CENTRALIZED CLAMPING UNIT LUBRICATION SYSTEM
A pressurized toggle lubrication system is standard. Should the lubrication pump pressure switch become inoperable, an error message will be displayed on the monitor screen. After three cycles without pressure, the machine will stop as a preventive measure. Toggle pins and bushings use a special material to minimize friction.

HYDRAULIC OIL FILTRATION
Magnet-type separators in the oil tank and line filter are standard. UBE adds a separate line for the oil filter minimizing oil contamination and extending the life of the hydraulic oil to reduce maintenance.

TORQUE SELECTIVE SCREW MOTOR (3 RANGE)
Ideal screw torque can be selected from three steps to match the plastic materials' properties.
