Clearflo

Clearflo Plus
The ClearFlo PLUS Heat Transfer Fluid Filtration and Water Removal System easily connects to your heat transfer fluid system's cool oil reservoir to remove contaminants, water, and in some cases, reduces the acidity of the fluid for longer fluid life and trouble-free system operation. Fluid contamination, and especially the presence of water in the fluid, increases your system's energy consumption, and is a source of nuisance shutdowns. Mokon's ClearFlo PLUS system significantly reduces fluid contamination and water build-up in your heat transfer system, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Leakmaster
Mokon's Leak-Master negative pressure system stops leaks in molds and processes without stopping production. This easily-connected, portable unit controls water leaks and flow by means of a progressive cavity pump. The system "pulls" rather than "pushes" the water through the process. Essentially, the system creates a vacuum to effectively stop the leak, so there is no need to shut down production for a mechanical repair.
Applications
The Leak-Master can be connected to any process circulating water system. It can be used in conjunction with a direct water supply, a temperature control system, or as a booster pump to an existing water system where head losses cause processing problems.

D-Scaler System
If hard water or mineral deposits are decreasing the efficiency of your process heating and/or cooling, then you need a Mokon D-Scaler. This system is proven to remove rust, scale, and/or lime deposits from your process, as well as Mokon systems, or any other circulating temperature control system. This unit will increase the efficiency of your process while prolonging the life of your equipment.

D-Scaler Fluid
Mokon's D-Scaler Fluid is a non-toxic, non-flammable liquid that quickly dissolves any deposit buildup. This non-corrosive fluid will not harm your equipment or the environment. It is available in 5 and 55 gallon containers. Both the fluid and hoses are sold separately from Mokon's D-Scaler unit.
