Higher energy saving performance (saving power, oil and water)
A. Power Saving: a. When compared with the Variable Displacement Pump, it saves energy up to 40%. b. When compared with conventional Metering Pump, it saves energy up to 45~75%. c. In case of longer cooling time, it operates in high-pressure/low speed. When injecting at slower speed and higher pressure, it achieves longer pressure holding time and more obvious for the power saving. Lower idle current = 0.1A (220V). d. Additional energy saving: When using in the generator, only half of the original specification will be required to relatively reduce purchase costs.
B. Oil Saving: a. Extremely low temperature rise of working oil, which also reduced the hydraulic oil. In this way, it saves costs when refueling and replenishing the oil for your new vehicle and extends the service expectancy of Hydraulic Oil while reducing the replacing frequency of the hydraulic oil. b. Additional energy saving: Easier control of oil temperature to avoid overheating problem as to reduce the wearing of relevant parts such as valves and pipeline oil seal, etc.; further, it also enhances the durability and saves maintenance cost.
C. Water Saving: a. As the Variable Frequency Servo Motor will operate only when needed, it prevents hydraulic oil from producing excessive thermal energy. In this way, it reduces the heating problem of the Oil Path System in order to control the oil temperature effectively. Besides, only very little circulation cooling water need be supplied for the machine, and cooling may not even be required. b. Additional Energy Saving: Only 1/3 of original tonnage would be required when planning the circulation cooling water for the plant and thus, reducing the purchase costly significantly. |
